The rates for the condo vary with the season. High Season is December 15 to April 14; Low Season is
generally April 15 to December 14. In addition, during the time of the Ironman Triathlon and the
Christmas/New Year's season, the rates are slightly higher.
The following rates are for up to 2 guests; please add $10 per night per additional guest (a maximum of 4
guests is allowed). Also, these rates don't include Hawaii State taxes, a security deposit or the fee for
cleaning, which are automatically added to each reservation.
- High Season rates are $120.00 per night.
- Stay a month and receive a 10% discount.
- Low Season rates are $110.00 per night.

Deposit and Payment Policy: A three night deposit is due within 14 days of making the reservation. The
total balance is due 60 days prior to arrival for High Season or 30 days prior for Low Season.
Cancellations: The reservation is subject to a $100 cancellation fee in cases of cancellation after a deposit
is received. Any reservation under deposit is subject to a $25 fee per change. No refunds will be given
within 30 days of the time of arrival or after occupancy unless the property can be re-rented. For reservations
during the Christmas Holiday or Ironman Triathlon, cancellations must be received 60 days in advance to
receive a refund. No refund is given for no shows.
Damage Deposit: A $200 - $800 damage deposit is required. A Credit Card Security form can be used in
lieu of a cash deposit.
Minimum Stay: A 3 night minimum is required. A longer minimum may be required for certain holiday
periods.
